I didn't have the energy to get up early enough to take an hour long walk instead of doing 15 minutes worth of jumping jacks (which for me is about half of that any ways), so I did the cycle with the jumping jacks. Because I didn't rest yesterday they weren't as easy. Today wasn't as triumphant a day as yesterday because almost every exercise had me "using my body weight as resistance." As I've explained earlier, that's a lot easier for a 90 pound woman than for me. Body weight is resistance for her and is barrier for me. She adds a new exercise every couple of days. Today's new exercise was 3 sets of 12 pelvic thrusts. I managed 1 set of 9, 1 set of 8, and 1 set 6. I remember doing these while on the track team as a kid. I don't remember them being this hard. Sooooo I'm further away from being a level 1 beginner than I thought I was yesterday. Life is still good though---I did my sweating for the day. I am looking forward to high school being out at the end of May and being able to start all this later in the day. 5am is way too early to be doing a whole lot of anything but sleeping another hour. :-)
